Dear colleagues,
Following our last announcement, many of you (>100) pre-registered to the in-person International Hyperpolarization Conference in Lyon, from September 5 to 9, 2021, therefore expressing their interest to attend physically to the meeting if the health crisis permits.
We thus decided to pursue the organisation of the conference as an in-person event in Valpré (https://en.valpre.com/?set_language=en)
The number of seats and rooms is currently limited to 100 participants (today’s restrictions) but we hope that this number will loosen up to 150 by September. Travel within Europe is already possible with a PCR test (72 h in advance), and might become also feasible with a vaccine by then.
Given the number of pre-registrations, we might have to close the registrations before the deadline (currently set to June the 15th), and only accept participants on a first come first serve basis, and upon full registration (i.e. with payment - a full reimbursement free of charge will be accepted if the impossibility to travel is justified).
Therefore, we encourage you to rapidly (pre)register to the conference (http://hyp-lyon.org/en/register), submit abstracts (https://participant.hyp-lyon.org), and proceed to full payment.
All the abstracts will be selected either for promoted talks or for an oral round table presentation. Student stipends are available.
Best wishes,
Anne Lesage
Sami Jannin
On behalf of the organising committee.

A new location with more space has been chosen to hold the meeting, fully adapted to the health situation. This new place is called Valpré (www.valpre.com) and allows the participation of up to 150 persons on-site including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and hotel rooms, while still meeting the health restrictions. The conference center is located at a 10-minute driving distance from city center by car, and 25-minute by public transportation, in a magnificent park.
This unique environment will allow the participants to enjoy the meeting in a friendly environment conducive for dialog and exchanges, including with sponsors, while strictly respecting the health instructions that will be in effect on September in France.
