Dear NMR and MRI community

We are looking for a new member (PhD student or PostDoc, 3 years, 75% TVL E13) to our hyperpolarization imaging group at Kiel University and University Hospital (UKSH). The project’s main task would be the application of parahydrogen hyperpolarization for imaging, including in vivo. Mostly, experimental work is expected. The project continues our preliminary studies (Ellerman et al., Nat. Comm. 2023, DOI: 10.1038/s41467-023-40539-9).

We are the Section for Biomedical Imaging of the University Hospital Kiel and Kiel University (Germany). We are working on different imaging modalities in one institute. Our MR group covers all dominant hyperpolarization methods: Xenon, DNP, and parahydrogen. Contact us if you’re interested in a well-equipped lab close to the Baltic Sea!

Please write me andrey.pravdivtsev(at)uni-kiel.de if you have any questions or want to apply.

Looking forward to seeing you in our group

Best regards

Andrey Pravdivtsev
