Dear NMR Enthusiast,
The 10th Educational Tutorial will be given by Dr. Ieva Goldberga, a postdoc in Prof. Danielle Laurencin’s lab at University of Montpellier on the topic:
“Relaxation-assisted spectral editing in solid-state NMR spectroscopy of biological materials”.
Abstract:
Relaxation analysis in heterogeneous systems can be complicated due to overlapping resonances. In this tutorial, we will consider the use of the inverse Laplace transform to process biexponential relaxation decays to extract information from complex unresolved spectra. The first part will cover ILT and its use in NMR spectroscopy; the second part will consider this methodology in biological materials: collagen and bone.
