Postdoctoral Positions in Solid-State NMR and DNP to Investigate Biomolecules and Biomaterials @ Louisiana State University
We are looking for two motivated postdoctoral researchers. Preferences will be given to candidates with prior experience in NMR spectroscopy (biomolecular or material NMR) and/or relevant directions such as structural biology, modeling, and programming. Expertise in solid-state NMR is preferred by not required.
The earliest starting dates for both positions are Jan 01, 2020. Please send applications to Tuo Wang (tuowang@lsu.edu) with a CV and the names and contact information for three individuals willing to provide professional letters of support. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Wang research group currently has a postdoctoral researcher and five graduate students working on a large variety of solid-state NMR and DNP projects to elucidate the structure and dynamics of carbohydrates, proteins, and other biopolymers in cellular context, the structural characterization of membrane proteins, and the development of a carbohydrate database.
The LSU campus is located in Baton Rouge, the capital of Louisiana, and is one of the most beautiful campuses in the US. I believe you will have a joyful and fruitful journey at LSU.
